18Ruhr-Ext 02 is the second extension of 18Ruhr. The most important new elements are the new Stock Market board and the implementation of 20 black coal cubes and 19 red steel cubes. In addition, there are now 10 stock certificates of equity funds each, for a coalmine equity fund and a steel mill equity fund. There are also five new private certificates. The nature of 18Ruhr changed slightly, as the Railway Corporations may generate additional income by physically transporting coal and steel. The Montan companies play a passive role only and neither their charters nor their certificates used for this extension.
