Terms of Trade

§ 1 Coverage

For the business relationship between Wolfram Janich, Spieleverlag „Marflow Games“, hereafter called “Marflow Games”, and the customers the terms of  trade are valid which had been in force at the time the order has been placed.  By ordering the customer accepts the terms of trade of “Marflow Games”

§ 2 Contracts, Currency

2.1 Ordering

Orders may be placed exclusively via email to Customer@18xx-Marflow-Games.de.

2.2 Contract

As soon as the order has been confirmed by email a contract is established. The prices stated in the order confirmation are binding. The prices do not include shipping costs.

2.3 Currency

All prices are in Euro. VAT will not be charged.

§ 3 Invoice and Payment

3.1. Invoicing

Prior to shipment the customer will receive information about the total invoice amount including shipping costs in electronically form (per email). The printed invoice will be included in the shipment. Warranty adjustments will only be executed based on the original invoice.

3.2. Payment

„Marflow Games“ only accepts advance payment  either by bank transfer or via PayPal. The shipment will take place after the money has arrived on the bank account or the PayPal account. In the case the order is picked up cash payment is accepted.

§ 4 Shipment, Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipment

Shipment will take place immediately after payment has been received to the delivery address stated by the customer. Part-delivery will only be made on customer’s demand. Date of delivery is non-binding.

4.2. Shipping Costs

„Marflow Games“ will ship orders by insured parcel only. In the case the customer confirms, registered mail can be used for delivery abroad. “Marflow Games” will charge the shipping cost which is valid at the date of shipment. If the customer states a wrong delivery address, “Marflow Games” will charge the additional costs.

 4.3. Transfer of Perils

A risks and hazards of the shipment will descend on the customer as soon as “Marflow Games” has handover the package to a shipping service. In the case of transport damage the customer has to inform the shipping service within 3 days and inform “Marflow Games” as well. Later claims will not be accepted.

§ 5  Privacy Policy

Collection, storage and handling of our customers’ data will be in line with the valid data protection law of Germany. The data needed for the order processing will be stored and if necessary forwarded to other companies. All personal data are treated confidential. A transfer to third parties will not take place. It is possible at any time to have personal data changed or deleted, by sending an email to wolfram.janich@18xx-Marflow-Games.de.
